Steven Snaet assists his clients in real estate projects and project developments. He advises his clients in all aspects of complex real estate transactions, the structuring of real estate projects and the sale and lease of real estate.
Steven has also gained broad experience with regard to the sale of Belgian and foreign real estate companies and the sale of Belgian and international family businesses.
Prior to joining Cadanz, Steven Snaet was a partner at the law firm Greenille, where he has developed significant experience and skills in serving “private clients”. Before, he was a member of the real estate practice of the law firm Stibbe for a period of five years.
Steven Snaet graduated from the law faculty of the University of Leuven and subsequently obtained a Master of Law at the University of Cambridge (England). Furthermore, he was an assistant in property law and the law of privileges and mortgages at the faculty of law of the University of Leuven. He has published several articles on property and contract law and is a member of the board of several legal reviews.
