Steven Snaet assists his clients in real estate projects and project developments as well as during the process of drafting and negotiation of various real estate agreements. He regularly intervenes in the sale of family businesses, the structuring of real estate projects and the drafting and amendment of shareholder agreements. If disputes arise regarding the aforementioned matters, he supervises the judicial as well as the extrajudicial procedures, until a solution has been reached.
Steven has gained broad experience with regard to the sale of foreign family businesses and real estate companies.
Prior to joining Cadanz, Steven Snaet was a partner at the law firm Greenille, where he has developed a special experience and skillset in serving “private clients”. Before he was a member of the real estate practice of the law firm Stibbe for a period of five years.
Steven Snaet graduated from the law faculty of the University of Leuven and subsequently obtained a Master of Law at the University of Cambridge (England). Furthermore, he was an assistant in property law and the law of privileges and mortgages at the faculty of law of the University of Leuven. He has published several articles on property and contract law and is a member of the board of several legal reviews.
