Cadanz has assisted the founding shareholders of Fri-Pharma in a transaction whereby the company has been acquired by the Weerts Group. The transaction has been closed in October 2021.
Fri-Pharma is specialized in the cold storage and logistics of pharmaceutical products, in particular vaccines, and ensures the storage of vaccines for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies based in Wallonia. The facilities of Fri-Pharma are able to store and handle pharmaceutical products in a temperature between -25 °C and +5 °C.
