We are delighted to welcome Dennis Cardinaels as a new member of our team.
After his legal studies at the KU Leuven, Dennis obtained an additional master of Corporate Law at the KU Leuven campus Brussels and an LLM International Business Law at the University of Leeds. Following this, Dennis prepared a Ph.D. within the area of Corporate Insolvency Law at the same University of Leeds.
Whilst preparing his Ph.D., Dennis also worked for two years as a module assistant for Contract Law and Company Law at the University of Leeds and one year as a full-time lecturer-in-law at the University of Lincoln. Currently, Dennis is still an associate lecturer at the University of Lincoln.
Dennis also published several articles and is regularly invited as a speaker at international conferences.
At Cadanz, Dennis will take care of cases in the area of Commercial, Corporate and, of course, Insolvency Law.
