Dennis Cardinaels has joined Cadanz in October 2021.
After his legal studies at the KU Leuven, Dennis obtained an additional master of Corporate Law at the KU Leuven campus Brussels and an LLM International Business Law at the University of Leeds. Dennis also obtained a Ph.D. within the area of Corporate Insolvency Law in 2021 at the same University of Leeds.
Whilst preparing his Ph.D., Dennis also worked for two years as a module assistant for Contract Law and Company Law at the University of Leeds and one year as a full-time lecturer-in-law at the University of Lincoln. Currently, Dennis is still an associate lecturer at the University of Lincoln.
From October 2022, Dennis is also active as a module assistant at the VUB. In this context, he teaches, amongst other things, the seminars on research methodology II to undergraduate students, supervises master students in the framework of their master's dissertation whilst also conducting academic research within the area of insolvency law.
Dennis also published several articles and is regularly invited as a speaker at international conferences.
At Cadanz, Dennis focuses on matters in the area of Commercial, Corporate and, of course, Insolvency Law.
