The Ghent based electrical engineering and installation company ATS has acquired CDL Engineering.
CDL Engineering is located in West Flanders, the preeminent region for entrepeneurs, and a hub for the making industry. CDL Engineering is a consultancy specialized in the process industry and offers its customers solutions in four expertise areas: project management, concept development, mechanical engineering and 3D-scanning. CDL Engineering provides turnkey, intelligent solutions for general industrial engineering and specific automation projects. In addition the company also designs machines and machine parts for its customers.
