Cadanz has assisted the management of Merkator in buy-out.

Merkator NV develops and markets geospatial (GIS) solutions to various utilities and infrastructure companies, telecom providers and network operators, as well as cities and municipaliies.  Cadanz has assisted the management of Merkator NV,  with the sale of its shares (and reinvestment of part of their proceeds) to a newco controlled by the former majority shareholder and a new financial partner, private equity fund Sofindev.  The transaction has been closed in December 2023.  The management has been advised by Cadanz partner Jan Stoop.
