Greenway is a Ghent based producer, developer and seller of plant based food. It focuses in particular on traditional meat-lovers, offering plant based but meat replacement products. The Greenway products are sold in restaurants, in the supermarket, in the food service, at festivals and through various catering concepts.
To accelerate its further growth, Greenway has partnered with a new investor with substantial experience in the Belgian food industry.
Cadanz has assisted the shareholders of Greenway in the structuring, drafting and negotiation of the transaction.
