Belfius Bank NV has partnered with and invested in Team Cyclis, the leading provider of bicycle leasing solutions. The investment is in line with the ambition of Belfius to offer companies and their employees a total mobility solution, and in particular, an innovative alternative to the classic "company car". Team Cyclis offers all-in leasing services to its customers, managing the bicycle fleet for corporate and institutional clients.
Cadanz has assisted Belfius Bank NV throughout the transaction whereby Belfius has acquired a significant minority stake in Team Cyclis. More information can be found in De Tijd.
