Stardekk joins Lighthouse - Transaction in hospitality sector

Lighthouse,a market intelligence platform for travel and hospitality, has announced the acquisition of Stardekk, a Belgium based provider of hospitality channel management and distribution software. Under a team lead by corporate partner Jan Stoop, Cadanz has assisted the founding shareholder as well as the private equity firm Fortino Capital throughout this transaction.  Congratulations to all parties involved!
