Cadanz (www.cadanz-law.com) is a Brussels-based law firm that focuses on business law (corporate and commercial law) and real estate law. We handle matters for national and foreign clients, ranging from SMEs, professional investors, funds to large corporations. We work in a multitude of sectors, such as technology, energy, manufacturing, financial services and real estate.
We are now looking to hire a trainee lawyer with 0-2 years of experience and with a particular interest in commercial law, corporate law and/or real estate law.
In the first few years, you will handle cases in the aforementioned areas of law with the various partners of the firm. Over the years, you will then be able to specialize in one of the aforementioned branches of law.
What will you do on a daily basis?
- Assistance to clients in the context of M&A transactions, both by carrying out due diligence and drafting settlement documents;
- Advice on corporate, commercial and real estate law;
- Drafting and advising on various commercial and real estate contracts;
- Assisting clients in commercial disputes before the courts.
As we assist our clients regularly in French and English, we expect the candidate to also be proficient in these languages.
