Cadanz, with a team lead by Dirk Strobbe, has advised on the Belgian law aspects for the selling shareholders of Krauthammer in a transaction whereby the sellers have sold their shares in Krauthammer to the education technology specialist Lepaya. Krauthammer, with its origins in Switzerland, is a leading international provider of senior leadership training courses.
As a result of the acquisition of Krauthammer, Lepaya, also based in the Netherlands, will welcome more than 100 personnel to become the leading training course platform in the EMEA for corporate upskilling solutions.
