DIRK STROBBE

Dirk Strobbe is an experienced business lawyer focusing his practice on transactional work (mergers & acquisitions), as well as on advising domestic and international legal entities on various corporate law matters.  Dirk benefits from a particular expertise in real estate transactions and private equity. 

Dirk also practices all aspects of financial law, and understands well the Belgian and EU regulatory framework that applies to domestic and foreign financial institutions.  Dirk has regularly assisted lenders and borrowers in the drafting and (re-) negotiation of their financing arrangements. 

Prior to co-founding Cadanz in 2008, Dirk Strobbe was a senior associate in the corporate and finance department of a leading Belgian internationally allied law firm.

Dirk Strobbe graduated from the law faculty of the University of Ghent in 1997.  He subsequently obtained a Master of European Law degree at the University of Lund (Sweden) in 1998.  Since the fall of 1998, Dirk has been practicing law at the Brussels’ bar.
